Our most versatile and well used event space. The Greenspace is fully fitted out for a variety of functions and events. With a real grass surface, this covered venue gives you all the benefits of an outside event while keeping you out of the worst of Wellington’s weather.
The Greenspace can do it all! From Private Parties to Business Trade Shows or Craft Markets right through to gigs and festivals.

- Covered space = 1,200sqm (30mx40m)
- Fenced area = 1,900sqm
Capacity:
- Standing = 2,400
- Seated = approximately 500-800
Amenities:
- Fully equipped bar
- Professional dish washing facilities and custom built hot and cold buffet servery.
- Toilets up to 1,000pax (additional Portaloos can be provided).
- Adjacent outdoor car park and laneway space available to hire.

Whether it’s a casual or formal function for your workplace, sports team, or any other private event, make it a unique one on our Greenspace.
Our team are experts at putting together top-notch events and can assist with arranging anything from catering and entertainment to AV providers. We also have a wicked selection of retro furniture and lawn games, as well as more formal options available to hire.
Note: Bookings require a minimum of 100 people.
