The Wellington Wairarapa CablePrice Regional Excavator Operator Competition, returning to Brewtown, Upper Hutt on 28 February 2026!

Come down and soak up the atmosphere as the region’s finest excavator operators go head-to-head in a high-skill showdown – or better yet, jump in the cab yourself and take your shot at being crowned Wellington’s top excavator operator.

The regional champion will go on to compete at the National Excavator Operator Competition at Fields, with travel fully funded by the branch.

Whether you’re competing or cheering from the sidelines, this is a day of serious skill, big prizes, and great entertainment you won’t want to miss.
