Any ticket issued is subject to the following conditions and may be revoked by the issuer, proprietor of the venue and/or organiser of the event for breach of any of the specified conditions:
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with the Organiser’s terms and conditions.
All Prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars and include local taxes (GST).
We reserve the right to charge a fee for the replacement of tickets.
All tickets purchased through the website are subject to a booking fee and credit card processing fees.
Online sales will cease when the allocation of tickets is sold or at a time otherwise specified.
No refunds will be offered other than in the instance of a full cancellation of the event.
This ticket is non-transferable.
Summer Meltdown 2021 will take place regardless of the weather (within reason). If it is extreme or dangerous weather conditions at the venue, then the event will be cancelled by the event organiser and tickets refunded. Notification of cancellation will be via the Brewtown website and Brewtown Facebook page as well as emailing all ticketholders.
The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists, brewers and food suppliers and vary the advertised programme.
Right of Admission Reserved – In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission and refund the ticket value.
Admission is at Ticket Holders own risk. The Organiser will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at this event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons.
A condition of sale is ticket holders consenting to being filmed and/or photographed for use in television, video, or printed promotional material.
No glass bottles, cans or alcohol of any kind may be brought into this event. Empty water bottles may be brought in to fill with the free water available.
The ticket holder may be required to provide proof of age when entering the site to receive a cup and be allowed to purchase alcohol. This must take the form of one of the following types of identification:
HANZ 18+Card
New Zealand Driver’s License,
New Zealand or Foreign Passports
Intoxicated persons will not be served alcohol and will be required to leave the event.
The Ticket Holder will be required to leave the venue if he or she:
Engages in conduct, which unreasonably interferes with the enjoyment of the event by the patrons
Hampers or impedes the conduct of the event
Breaches any by-laws or orders applicable to the venue.
The Organiser of the event reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute any artist or performer.
The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the organiser’s and venue’s terms of admission. These additional terms are available from the Venue or Organiser upon request.
Tickets will be void if on-sold or traded at a premium or in conjunction with other goods or services, or used in advertising or as a competition prize, without written permission from the Summer Meltdown organisers. In the event of a breach of this condition, the ticket holder will be denied admission or expelled.
The Ticket Holder consents to and will permit the search and inspection of his or her person, clothing, bags or other possessions by any official, employee or agent of the proprietor of the venue and/or the organizer of the event both prior to and after the Ticket Holder’s entry to the venue.
Ticket holders / patrons’ consent to be photographed by Summer Meltdown official photographers. Ticket holders / patrons also consent to the use of all imagery for promotional activity.
Tickets purchased online are available to print by accessing the link contained in the confirmation email. If multiple copies of tickets are printed, only the first to be scanned will allow admission.
The organiser reserves the right to reschedule the event at any stage.
We assume no liability for any loss of any kind arising out of your attendance at the event.
By purchasing tickets on behalf of others, including minors, you acknowledge that those parties are aware of all terms and conditions relating to their tickets and their attendance at the event.
You agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage caused to any person or property (including under contract, by negligence, statute, product liability or otherwise), whether they be direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential, resulting from attendance at this event.
No ticket may be resold at a premium, used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes without formal written authorisation from us.
The Ticket Holder must carry with them at all times while at the Festival appropriate personal photo identification in the form of an international or New Zealand Driver’s License, a Passport, or a HANZ 18+ card.
The Ticket Holder purchasing alcohol must be aged 18 years or older as at 2pm on the 6th Feb 2021.
Each ticket is a licence granted to you by the organiser to attend the event. Your contractual relationship is therefore with the organiser in terms of attendance at the event.
These terms and conditions are subject to change. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the website. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions.
When you complete a purchase online, you will receive a confirmation email. This will enable you to access your tickets to print them. If you do not receive this email then it is your responsibility to contact us. If you do not inform us that you have not received confirmation, we will be unable to guarantee that your purchase was successful. This may result in you being unable to purchase tickets if the event is sold out.v
